Google Drive - any shared drive. I have two Google Drives for Lynda and Linked IN / and one for my office / I also have DropBox for myself. This allows me to know where things are. I have nothing important saved on my computer, only temporary files. This allows me to be without my computer and still be able to access everything I need. This is key to an effective mobile office that travels well.
